Bringing the Arts and Science together in Health Research

NHS R+D NW has brought together a dynamic, disparate group of artists, from composers to circus performers, directors to writers to deliver ‘The Creative Minds’ programme. These remarkable individuals share their ‘tricks of the trade’ with health researchers, to build confidence and expertise in using the creative arts to convey research messages in a more powerful and meaningful way.

This programme only costs £250 (worth £1000) and provides;

  • A 2-day residential course from some of the country’s most high-profile artists – 23rd – 25th June
  • Monthly mentoring workshops to create a bespoke platform for your work, dates are: 6th July, 20th July and 7th September
  • The opportunity to present your results on the stage of a major conference – 14th September 2017
  • Follow up work to embed your research in your chosen arena.
  • Membership of a thriving and nurturing community.

There is a 15% discount for team applications of 4 or more people.
