We are excited to announce a series of facilitated online group discussions on flexible working, in collaboration with the University of Liverpool.

We are seeking health and care professionals in clinical roles with line management responsibilities to join these discussions. Our goal is to explore strategies for better supporting managers in embedding flexible working within health and care settings.

These discussions will be guided by action learning principles and will last 1-2 hours, depending on the group size (maximum 6 participants). You will have the opportunity to share a challenge related to flexible working in your role as a line manager. Together, we will explore new perspectives, develop innovative ideas, and identify actionable steps to implement. Additionally, you will test out resources developed by the University of Liverpool to support flexible working.

3-4 weeks after the group session, you will be invited to a brief follow-up conversation with the facilitator to reflect on the actions you’ve taken and to provide feedback on the flexible working resources.

The deadline for expressions of interest is Friday, July 19th.
