Programme Overview
The pilot will be delivered between October 2024 to July 2025 for a selected group of prefessionals. Our programme features monthly online workshops and coaching sessions, meticulously designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. Our expert facilitators will guide you through stimulating discussions, practical exercises, and hands-on activities, fostering a dynamic environment. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with curated learning materials and resources ahead of each workshop, ensuring an enriching and interactive experience.

Commitment Requirements
Obtain written commitment and support from your line manager, ensuring release for 2 days per month to engage in the programme.
