Program Components

Engage in 10 monthly online workshops via MS Teams, running from 10 am to 4 pm, delving into diverse aspects of healthcare research.

Participate in 8 two-hour online group coaching sessions, scheduled between monthly workshops, to receive personalised guidance and support.

Review and study curated online learning materials and resources prior to each workshop to optimise learning outcomes.

Join community social media groups to connect with fellow participants and enhance collaborative learning.

Complete two reflective assignments, each ranging from 1500 to 2500 words, to deepen understanding and integrate learning.

Contribute to the pilot evaluation process, providing valuable insights for programme enhancement.

Learning Outcomes

Engage in critical reflection on personal and professional development essential for healthcare research leadership.

This pilot is now running and it will undergo an evaluation process.
