I am an experienced Research Delivery Manager with nearly 16 years’ experience supporting, coordinating, and delivering research within the NHS. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with multidisciplinary teams, researchers, clinicians, and stakeholders to ensure studies are delivered effectively, efficiently, and to the highest standards. My area of interest is in Governance and Delivery performance. I enjoy helping people identify opportunities for growth, develop their strengths, and build the confidence needed to progress in their careers.
