It was a bittersweet moment in September that saw the end of the fourth HEE Integrated Clinical Academic (ICA) Internship cohort.
After a 6-month programme, the 10 successful intern awardees gathered for their last educational residential workshop at The Last Drop Hotel in Bolton.
The group came together with their coaches, peers, line managers and academic supervisors to present their internship journey and research projects in oral presentations. NHS R&D NW would like to express their appreciation to the interns for their dedication and commitment to this internship and wish them all continued success in their future endeavours.
