**Please bring with you a poster you have already done, are working on or a summary / draft of work you have been involved in**

**Please note that this is a creative workshop using craft materials, there will be no digital elements involved**

Your poster presentation advertises your project / research. It should combine text and graphics to present in a way that is visually interesting and accessible and allows you to display your work to a large group of people to talk to and receive feedback from interested viewers.

Sometimes, we end up with an A0 piece of laminated card with too much writing that’s too small and too detailed with not enough colour and graphics and after the conference, it goes in the cupboard to gather dust… or in the bin 🙁

Well, how about doing something different? How about making a poster that’s vibrant, 3D, interactive and lives well beyond the conference? A poster that really generates interest and conversation because it can also communicate with patients, the public and other healthcare professionals!

Who is this workshop aimed at?

This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to be a bit more imaginative with their poster. Come and spend the day with NHS R&D North West and creative artist Jana Kennedy, exploring and creating the poster of your dreams!
