Would you like to increase your team’s interest and engagement with research and innovation?
Work undertaken by NHS R&D NW showed that Service Managers wanted to integrate Research and Innovation into their services but some highlighted that they didn’t have the knowledge or confidence to make this happen!
This innovative leadership development programme was run in partnership with Health Education North West and set out to equip leaders and managers to lead and develop cultures of R&I in their services.
Participating in this programme:
Developed your knowledge and understanding of national, regional and organisational R&I agendas
Increased your understanding of how organisational cultures are formed and shaped by leaders
Developed your skills and expertise in facilitating and leading cultures of R&I within your service
Who was the programme for?
Service managers working at band 8a and above (and band 7 if you have a team of more than 10 people).
The programme was funded by Health Education North West and was offered free of charge.
