The NWC AHSN Catalyst Event offered an exclusive opportunity to discuss how an engaged, motivated, and healthy workforce can contribute to excellent patient experiences.

The event was opened by Professor Michael West who presented a summary of the current NHS landscape regarding staff health and wellbeing before guiding attendees through the catalyst event framework.
