Making Innovation the business of everyone in the NHS

Making Innovation the business of everyone in the NHS was an introductory workshop which helped participants to develop a greater understanding of the role of innovation in clinical practice, increase their understanding of the work of the NWC AHSN, and provided an opportunity to explore how they may contribute to the innovation agenda.

Aims

The aims of the workshop were to increase understanding of:

  • What innovation is & its importance to practice
  • What is involved in the innovation process and in taking ideas forward to implementation
  • The works of the NWC AHSN and the role of innovation leads with Trusts
  • How opportunities offered by the AHSN can support innovators

This half-day workshop ran on 3 occasions in different locations across the north west coast area;

22nd October INSERT YEAR 2pm – 5pm , Brockholes Reserve, Preston

25th November INSERT YEAR 2pm – 5pm, Brichwood, Warrington

8th December INSERT YEAR – 9am – 1pm, Quaker Meeting Rooms, Liverpool
