Health research is exciting, so why do we still present like Victorian schoolteachers? With tiny text, boring clipart and graphs that nobody reads? It is, literally, ‘Death by PowerPoint’. So let’s wake things up a bit (including the audience) and make presenting fun.

In a one-stop crash-course, award-winning writer Rob Young showed attendees how to pitch, print, publish, and present their work in the style it deserves.

Rob’s mantra; it’s easy! If you can use Word, you’re over-qualified. Don’t squander all that work with a lacklustre slideshow, make it zing!
