Achievements and Research Impact

During her ICA Research Internship, Reshma completed study design and ethics for a qualitative study on parent carer perspectives of early intervention journeys, leading to successful NIHR PCAF award in 2024. She presented findings at the European Academy of Childhood Onset Disability (EACD) conference in Germany (June 2025). Reshma runs a team journal club, leads poster presentations, and contributes to strategic committees for AHP Day and the Let’s Talk Research conference. Her collaborations include neonatal pathway studies and an innovation project on parent engagement post-discharge, with upcoming presentation at APCP National Conference (October 2025).
