The programme enabled me to step into more senior leadership roles, refing my ability to influence healthcare decision=making. It helped me realise my potential to undertake doctoral research utilising the analytical skills to examine decision making of NHS leaders. Enhanced my collaborative skills developing research capability across the hospital trust but also across the UK. Helped me confidence in presenting key projects locally. The programme challenged me intellectually and broadened my network and contributed to my personal growth.

Short term goals currently to continue to succeed in completing DProf programme. Longer term career aspiration to progress into a Director of Nursing role.
